IMDEC 2025 – International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference

The International Maritime Defence Exhibition & Conference (IMDEC) is Africa’s premier event focused on maritime security and naval defense.

Now in its fourth edition, IMDEC 2025 continues to play a vital role in addressing the continent’s maritime challenges—including piracy, illegal fishing, smuggling, and transnational crime. Set against the strategically significant backdrop of the Gulf of Guinea, IMDEC convenes key stakeholders from African and international navies, defense ministries, security agencies, and global industry leaders to foster collaboration, showcase innovation, and develop strategies to safeguard African waters.

IMDEC 2025 will take place from 8 to 9 July 2025 with two full days of conference sessions, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
